Privacy Choices
This page explains how customers can manage Carter privacy requests and product-improvement preferences.
Product-Improvement Opt-Out
Customers can request changes to product-improvement preferences by contacting Carter through the support or privacy contact designated in the applicable order, account agreement, or customer communications.
An opt-out applies prospectively after Carter processes the request. It does not limit Carter's service, security, debugging, audit, compliance, legal, enforcement, aggregated, or de-identified uses.
Sale Or Sharing Opt-Out
Carter does not knowingly sell personal information for money. If Carter engages in activity that qualifies as sale or sharing under applicable privacy law, users may request opt-out through Carter's privacy contact or any in-product privacy control Carter provides.
Access, Correction, And Deletion
Individuals may request access, correction, or deletion where required by applicable law. Carter may verify identity, deny or limit requests where allowed by law, and route customer-controlled data requests to the relevant customer.
